Building follows
When you follow a building, CondoKnow uses the information you provide to send building-related updates. Following a building does not automatically add you to a real-estate CRM or create a brokerage relationship.
Buyer interest
If you separately ask to be told when something new becomes available in a building, CondoKnow may use that permission as an aggregated building-level signal. Owners may learn that buyers are interested in their building, but never who you are. Searches, page views and ordinary informational follows do not count as buyer-demand claims.
Real-estate requests
If you separately request buyer or seller help from Cass Riese, the information you submit is sent to Cass Riese, Coldwell Banker Realty, for that real-estate request. Real-estate services are separate from the independent CondoKnow building record.
Agent-shared links
Visitors using an agent-shared CondoKnow link are not treated as Cass Riese leads merely because they use CondoKnow. Building follows from those links are marked as agent-shared for isolation purposes.
